Hello Lady Jane,
I was just reminiscing about growing up in a small village and wanted to share my story with you.We lived across the street from a family whom we were very close with.
5 girls and 1 boy. I used to pal around with a few of the sisters and also the brother. There was one sister who was younger than me but what I best remember about her is that she used to love to dress up. Jennifer, that's her name, coincidence?, had this one dress she loved to wear. It was white with red polka dots and the bottom flounced out. Jennifer loved to twirl around and show her dress when we were at picnics...I remember it like it was yesterday. I do have a photo somewhere and I must try to find it. Meanwhile, I wanted to share this story as you two seem alike...so there you have it! Nice blog and I soooooo love vintage also! :} smiles Jackie

But the part about the polka dot dress is for real and I do have a photo somewhere that I will find! How are you and your family? And no, I am not on facebook but am trying to put together my own blog...
